I’m a nutrition and wellness coach who helps women take charge of their health through diet and nutrition. You’ll learn exactly what you need to do to stick to a healthy way of eating. You’ll also learn how to nourish your body with real, whole foods in a way that isn’t overwhelming or complicated. When we’re done, you’ll have a lifelong plan that works and you’ll get to experience the added bonuses of better sleep, balanced hormones and diminished signs of aging. Nutritious Wellness offers individualized 1:1 wellness coaching for women at midlife interested in creating a way of eating and living unique to their bodies and lifestyles. My approach is straightforward, uncomplicated, and designed to help you achieve the health you deserve.
Who I Work With
I work with women at or entering midlife who are interested in developing a healthier relationship with food. Women who are tired of restrictive dieting but feel that getting healthy is hard or requires a kind of discipline they may not have.
After years of putting everyone else’s needs ahead of their own, my clients are finally ready to address the health and physical symptoms they’re living with. They want to lose weight, stop feeling heavy or bloated, increase their energy or finally get a good night’s sleep.
My programs also work for women simply interested in pursuing a more holistic approach to their health and are looking for greater knowledge to support their overall wellness through changes to their diet and lifestyle regimes.

You’ll learn how to create healthy habits, the foundation from which sustainable health and wellness changes are made. Through a focus on clean eating, daily routines and mindset work, you’ll build the foundation from which you’ll achieve better health, your ideal weight, sound sleep or energy that’s through the roof!

I’ll guide you through precise, doable steps to recognize where habit isn’t serving you to allow you to take charge of your own health and achieve the overall wellness you’ve been striving for. Thrive: A Customized Approach to a Healthy Midlife
An intimate consultation series to discuss your health and wellness related concerns and develop a plan that meets your needs in a practical, supportive manner. Consisting of five 60 minute pre-scheduled sessions, you’ll receive actionable steps focusing on nutrition, habit change and overall lifestyle recommendations for your unique body that will empower you to take action on your health.
